What data we process and why
This website has no forms, no user accounts and no analytics or advertising tools. We only process personal data in these cases:
- When you write to us (by email or on Instagram): your name, your email address and whatever you tell us, to reply and, if you ask, arrange a visit or send you a proposal. Legal basis: your request and pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.b GDPR), or our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (art. 6.1.f).
- If you book a desk, the room or an event: the data needed to provide the service, invoice it and meet our legal and tax obligations. Legal basis: the contract (art. 6.1.b) and legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).
- When you visit the website: our hosting provider processes technical connection data (IP address, browser, date and time) to serve the page and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available (art. 6.1.f). We do not use this data to identify you or to build profiles.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with them. Customers: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on your data. Only the providers we need to operate have access to it, on our behalf and under the corresponding data processing agreement:
- Google (Google Workspace): email.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Our tax and accounting advisers: invoicing and tax obligations.
Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States), with the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We will also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, or to transfer it to another service (portability). Email us at [email protected] saying what you would like to do. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

If you follow us or message us on Instagram, Meta processes your data under its own privacy policy.
